How big of a F150 level kit should you get?
Leveling kit are really only designed to remove the rake (uneven front to back ride height) or clear room for slightly bigger tires for street use only. Stay to 2.25” or under. At 2.5” your upper control arm and front spring are likely to make contact… you will be able to get by if you’re not going offroad with more and cycling your suspension a lot. But we recommend a lift kit if you want more the 2.25 inches.
Got a Raptor? Skip all the leveling kit options and move your shock height to mid perch.
Safety Note
Changing your ride height will alter your wheel alignment. If you stay to 2.25” or less of lift a short travel distance may be carefully taken but it is not recommended to drive long distances or on the freeway prior to having a professional wheel alignment.

Tuff Country F150 Leveling Kit
Tuff Country sounds the same as Rough Country. Yes, it does sound like that, but you better not confuse the name with Rough Country. I guess you haven’t heard of this company, well; neither have I.

I have not heard about Tuff Country but guess what, I got it. As the world has not yet discovered this company, it does not mean it won’t deliver certified products. Let us see what this product has to offer –
This product can be easily mounted to the models of Ford F150 2WD or 4WD truck released from 2009 to 2017. Additionally, this product can serve with a lift of 2″ at the front end. If this gets installed to F150 models it can solve the nosediving issues that you probably face.
Like every other great suspension system, this kit equalizes the levels of front and rear. As both the front end and rear end are now at an equal height, your Ford truck will gain greater and enhanced stability.
The Tuff Country manufacturers assure you that if you mount these to your Ford F150 truck, this kit can restore the original stock performance. The only difference you will see is the height. You can expect the same factory ride quality.
When all the talking is about kits, every manufacturer focuses on restoring the OE quality performance. But unfortunately, many products fail in increasing the shock absorptions.
Tuff Country also gives you a warranty for life on their products. However, if you sell your ride to another person, this will void your warranty. And if you do not, you are going to love this lifetime warranty.
